Are you taking extra measures when cleaning?
At Paull’s Vehicle Rental, we have always prided ourselves on the quality of our vehicles and their cleanliness. In light of recent events, we have taken additional measures and are cleaning all vehicle surfaces with recommended disinfectants, in line with the latest World Health Organisation guidelines. This allows us to ensure all vehicles are safe to rent.
The branch reception itself is regularly disinfected and customers are welcome to use the hand sanitiser provided.
Are employees following the Health Authority Practises?
The wellbeing of our employees is also a top priority. We’re encouraging team members to follow health authority best practices like frequent hand washing, as well as asking them to stay home if they are feeling ill.
What if I or someone I’m living with contracts Coronavirus?
Please inform us immediately if you contract Coronavirus and avoid contact with the vehicle and keys. We will arrange a collection of the hire vehicle from a nominated address after a 3-day period to protect our staff.
Should I (the customer) contact Paull’s Vehicle Rental if I have contracted Coronavirus within a 7-day period of renting a vehicle?
If you have contracted the virus within a 7-day period from when you rented a vehicle with Paull’s Vehicle Rental, please inform us as soon as possible.
What are the cancellation terms?
Customers who have made a reservation can cancel the reservation at any time or rebook for a later date, without charge.
We kindly ask that you rebook the rental within 12 months.
