How old do I have to be to hire a vehicle?
The minimum age is 25 and the maximum age is 74 due to insurance restrictions
What is included in the price?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT, Insurance and unlimited mileage
When I place the reservation what is taken form my credit/debit card?
Just the cost of the rental plus the VAT
How can I pay for the rental?
Credit/Debit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Electron. If you are making a payment using a third parties card who has given permission to do so they must be present when the driver collects the vehicle from our location. In all cases the card used for the payment of the rental must be available when the vehicle is collected for verification purposes.
Am I resposible for any additional charges?
Please refer to our terms and conditions that explains this in more detail
Can I add an additional driver?
Additional drivers can be added for £6.88 per day but they need to be qualified in exactly the same way as the main driver
What is the excess/deposit?
If the selected payment method is by debit card, an additional £200.00 will be required when the vehicle is collected as a deposit. This is refunded in full upon termination of hire providing the vehicle is returned full of fuel and free from damage.
Can we drop vehicles off out of hours?
We do not permit the dropping off of vehicles out of hours to protect the interests of our customers
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8.30 hrs until 17.30 hrs, Saturdays 8.30 hrs until 12.00 Noon, the only exception is that our Hinckley operation closes at 17.00 hrs on Friday’s. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
What do I need to bring with me?
Your Driving License, both parts if the new style, two forms of ID, such as Utility bill or Bank Statement that should be no more than three months old ; the address details should correspond with that as shown on your Driving License
What endorsements codes are acceptable?
Certain endorsements are acceptable and do not present a problem, please telephone our branch staff who will be pleased to advise
Is there a fuel policy?
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel, should vehicles be returned after the rental requiring fuel a surcharge is applied in addition to the fuel required to fill the tank
Is there a cancellation policy?
A refund will be made providing at least seven days notice is given; if less notice is given a £25.00 cancellation charge will be made. Refunds will not be made for specialist vehicles, this includes, MPV’s, 4x4’s and Luton Vans
